CoreMD Insights — Refund Policy

CoreMD Insights is a digital subscription-based service providing structured health information and analysis.

1. Subscription Model

All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital health services:

• Refunds are not guaranteed once the service has been initiated or delivered

• If no documents have been submitted and no processing has occurred, a refund request may be considered

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
